		<description>I think cycling infrastructure is a good focal point, as there are so many fringe benefits. It encourages people to see the city in a different way  - you learn a lot about the neighbourhoods between you and downtown when you ride your bike instead of the subway. I pick up things a lot more frequently from the ethnic shops along the way when I cycle. It makes interacting with the city much easier, and adds &quot;eyes on the street&quot; too.</description>
